I'm in Canada and when I was in the grocery store I picked up the quaker brown sugar and cinnamon instant oats for 4sp.

I made this in my donut/bagel pan today but they did stick even though I sprayed non stick so next time I think I will wait till they are cool to take them out or I may make it into muffins using the parchment paper liners I use. They still tasted great :) The original recipe made them into small individual banana breads but I don't have the mini containers and it also called to bake it for 40 minutes and I didn't want to wait that long.
Banana bread donuts or bread 4sp or 1sp each for the donuts. (put into the WW recipe builder)

1 packet of instant oats I chose brown sugar and cinnamon 4sp

1 egg

1 medium banana mashed

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

cinnamon to taste

I mashed the banana with a fork and added all the other ingredients.

I baked these in a 350 oven but may use 325 next time. Might help with the sticking. I baked them for 10 minutes. If making muffins I'd probably check at 15 minutes.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2923955140208988387.post-57975060238611484382019-08-20T10:47:00.000-07:002019-10-14T03:27:03.237-07:00Chocolate banana muffins 1sp each

2 eggs
2 Tbsp lime juice
Almost 1/2c unsweetened applesauce (put lime juice in measuring cup and fill with applesauce until it's at the 1/2 c mark
2 envelopes of true lime (if you have it does give a great lime taste)
1 tbsp quick oats
1/4c swerve sweetener (if you use splenda 1=1sp 2=3sp)
1/2c Kodiak waffle mix
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
lime zest

Place the applesauce, lime juice mix in a bowl and add eggs, true lime, oats and sweetener.

Mix well.

Gently fold in Kodiak waffle mix.

Distribute coconut and lime zest on the top of the muffins.

Mason jar cheesecakes 1sp

3 eggs 0sp
3c fat free plain Greek yogurt 0sp
1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1sp
1 package of sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix 4sp
2 Tbsp granular sweetener or whichever one you use 0sp

Mix all together.

I didn't use the right small mason jar as I didn't have 4 of them available so I use the next biggest size.
Divide mixture between 4 mason jar.
Take a baking pan and put the 4 mason jars in it and then pour water around the mason jars to half way full.
Put into a 325 oven for 40 minutes.

Take out and let cool then put into the fridge for 2 hours.

You can use any fruit topping but I used frozen strawberries that I add a tbsp of water and microwaved until hot then stirred in a mixture of 1 tsp cornstarch and 2 tsp of water. Put back into the microwave until hot and thick. Let cool.

When cheesecakes are cool top with the fruit mixture.
Beet dip 0sp or Simply Filling (put into recipe builder)

For this dip to make it even easier I bought the new president's choice frozen sliced beets. I wanted them a little softer so I popped them in a bowl and microwaved them for 3 minutes (After they were already thawed).

2/4 lb of cooked beets 0sp
1/3 cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt ( I wanted it a bit creamier so I put 2 dobs extra in) 0sp
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 0sp
1 tsp lemon zest 0sp
pinch of nutmeg 0sp
pinch of cinnamon 0sp
1/8th tsp smoked sea salt 0sp
1 clove of garlic (I just used some organic dried minced garlic)

Put all in a food processor (I used my ninja)

Enjoy with veggies or tortilla chips
Cheesecake 8 servings Simply Filling +1sp (put into the ww's recipe builder) Up to 1/4 of it is still 1sp

3 cups of Plain fat free Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1 packet sugar free jello your choice of flavors
1 packet of sugar free fat free pudding your choice of flavors but if you choose chocolate I usually add extra cocoa powder
1/4c splenda or other baking sweetener

Mix all together well.
I use a paper towel with a little olive oil and wipe the inside of my springform pan. You could also use a baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and don't worry if it doesn't look set as it will as it cools.
Let it cool then put it into the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Top with your choice of toppings. I usually like some frozen berries that I heat up in the microwave and add a little cornstarch that has been mixed with a tsp of water. Put back into the microwave until hot and thick. Cool a bit then top the individual slices of cheesecake.
Strawberry chill 0sp on Freestyle or SF

1/2c plain Greek yogurt
1/2c frozen sliced strawberries
I used my small blender and drizzled a little bit of water or you could use skim milk to get it started blending.
Because the strawberries weren't that sweet I added a bit of sweetener
Optional: 5g mini semi sweet chocolate chips 1spUnknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2923955140208988387.post-459813007212167772018-01-10T15:46:00.000-08:002018-01-10T15:46:14.458-08:00Lentil soup with sausage We had leftover sausage which I used so that made it 3sp without the sausage on the new Freestyle plan it would be 0sp, also 0sp on simply filling without the sausage.

1/3 cup of old fashioned oats cooked (you could use whatever kind you have) I added sweetener
Topping
1/2 Tbsp brown sugar (1sp)
Mix the oatmeal with the marg and sugar by hand.
