After being asked how I make these a lot I decided to make a post about them!
Corn tortilla chips Simply Filling
1. Corn tortilla's In Canada it's hard to find light corn tortillas but I found old mill ones that are 2 for 100 calories and 1 gram of fat for both! Good enough for me :)
2. Either and olive oil spray or butter flavored pam
3. Spices: you can use whatever you like but I love using a low sodium taco seasoning mix
I keep my tortillas in the freezer and take a couple out a little while before I need them so they can thaw. It doesn't take long.
Lightly spray them with pam or whatever you are using. It helps the seasoning to stick.
Sprinkle them with your seasoning.
Take a pizza cutter or scissors and cut into triangles.
Put them on a non stick pan. I use non stick foil.
I bake them in my toaster oven at 325 for around 8-10 minutes. Just keep checking until they are crisp. Watch because they can over cook quickly.
Enjoy with your favorite dip or salsa.

I got so excited to see that you are Canadian. Found you on the Simply filling facebook group. I've been on SF for 3 days and I've been looking for a good blog to follow. Its nice to follow someone who doesn't have access to all those fat free dairy products. Thank-you.
