Almond joy oatmeal
Breakfast: almond joy oatmeal Simply Filling +2pp
1/3c oats
water
unsweetened cocoa 1 small spoonful
1 tsp unsweetened coconut
9g slivered almonds 1pp
10g dark chocolate chips 1pp
1 egg white lightly beaten
sweetener
almond extract a splash :)
I mixed the oats/cocoa/sweetener in a saucepan. Cooked until thick. At the last minute add 1 lightly beaten egg white and stir stir stir and it becomes creamy and with more volume. It also gives a bit of protein which helps to keep me full for longer! Add extras on top.
