Came up with this today to eat after lunch! So good
Creamy pumpkin mousse makes 2 servings 100% Simply Filling or 2pp per serving
1c fat free Greek yogurt
1/2c pumpkin
1/2 packet of Weight Watchers French Vanilla smoothie
1/4c skim milk
pumpkin pie spice and sweetener to taste
I put all ingredients into my nutribullet.

I would just use sugar free butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix :) Cheap too!
